Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Implement agricultural research projects, including organising, setting up, and maintaining controlled or field-based research trials.

· Take measurements and collect data on vegetable growth and development at the end of trials and collate data for further analysis.

· Assist in maintaining experimental records and contribute to reporting of research findings.

· Support general upkeep of experimental plots or controlled environment systems as required.

· Support operations, including routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting any issues encountered on-site.

Skills/Requirement:

· Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field.

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in crop research, cultivation, or nursery operations.

· Keen interest in agriculture R&D and sustainable food production.

· Comfortable with hands-on work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

· Willing to work occasionally beyond regular hours to support research timelines.

· Basic understanding of plant trials, data collection, and farm operations.

· Responsible, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Familiarity with digital tools or basic AI applications (e.g. sensors, imaging, crop monitoring software) is an added advantage.
