What You Will Be Responsible For

• Manage, monitor, and optimize NetApp storage systems to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Design and implement effective data backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data security and integrity.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, Perl, Shell) to streamline storage management and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues, providing technical support as needed.
• Administer and optimize Red Hat systems, including configuration, performance tuning, and fault diagnosis.
• Conduct storage capacity planning, assess future storage needs, and recommend scalable expansion solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  
  

How You Will Stand Out

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing NetApp storage systems, with proficiency in ONTAP OS.
• Strong understanding of storage network protocols (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, FC) and related hardware.
• Hands-on experience with data backup and recovery technologies, including SnapMirror, SnapVault, and NDMP.
• Proficient in automation scripting (Python, Perl, Shell) for storage management.
• Experienced in Red Hat system administration, including command-line operations and system management tools.
• Skilled in configuring, monitoring, and optimizing NetApp storage systems for performance and reliability.
