Role Overview

1. Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Support proposal development and client requests
  • Learn CRM tools and assist with pipeline tracking
  • Join client calls and understand how we build trust

2. Operations & Fulfillment

  • Process orders, coordinate logistics, and track deliveries
  • Work with warehouse, finance, and account teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Support preparation of samples and marketing kits

3. Sustainability & Impact

  • Assist in ESG reporting and social impact programs
  • Help track sustainable materials, practices, and vendor compliance
  • Contribute to internal green initiatives and storytelling

Who We're Looking For

  • Diploma graduate or final-year student in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or similar
  • Must be based in Singapore
  • Detail-oriented and curious, with a drive to learn
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); bonus if you've seen ERP or CRM tools
  • Great communicator — written and verbal
  • Enjoys working with people and solving problems
  • Interested in sustainability and international business
  • Responsible, open-minded, and ready to grow
