Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

  • Lead the full annual performance review cycle, from planning through execution, ensuring it is thorough and delivered on time.
  • Oversee daily performance management activities, responding to queries and maintaining a transparent and efficient process.
  • Develop and implement improvements or new initiatives to elevate the Performance Management strategy, driving meaningful impact and mindset change.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees, support talent development forums, and spearhead succession planning efforts to strengthen leadership pipelines and foster organizational growth.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, aligned with the role and team priorities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experiences in Talent Management, Strategy/ Performance Management or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Proficient in using Excel.
  • Skilled at managing large datasets and distilling them into concise, actionable insights.
  • Proven track record in executing succession planning initiatives, organizing talent development forums, and driving end-to-end performance management processes.
