Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing sales orders, coordinating logistics, and supporting internal teams in a dynamic environment. No prior experience is required — training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate Quotations, Invoices, and Delivery Orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in packing and preparing goods to be ready for delivery.
  • Arrange for deliveries by liaising with courier or delivery vendors.
  • Update inventory records in the system and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding order requirements and lead times.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and assist with follow-ups on orders.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents, orders, and customer records.
  • Optional: Assist in artwork creation using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Optional: Contribute design suggestions for product customization.
Skills & Requirements
  • Singaporean / Permanent Resident only.
  • Comfortable using a computer and familiar with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
