Roles & Responsibilities

This is a contract role ending in early September 2026.

Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Execution

  • Define program goals, priorities, and deliverables in line with stakeholder needs.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring clear prioritization and execution.
  • Gain buy-in from executives and stakeholders on program objectives and vision.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, managing expectations effectively.
  • Ensure alignment with compliance, privacy, and organizational policies.
  • Facilitate strategic partnerships to enable smooth project delivery.

Process & Risk Management

  • Establish and monitor processes, driving improvements such as automation.
  • Oversee program delivery, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate cross-functional risks.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track key program metrics, leveraging insights to drive results.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and recommend process enhancements.
  • Develop and monitor OKRs, ensuring progress is communicated to leadership.

Data-Driven Insights

  • Analyze data to produce actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Apply technical, business, and product perspectives to improve outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Engage subject matter experts to resolve dependencies and improve solutions.
  • Lead decision-making in ambiguous situations.
  • Maintain complete and accurate program documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven program management and cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Strong skills in opportunity identification, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and storytelling.
  • Strong consultative, client/partner management, and situational leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead productive meetings and translate strategy into execution.
