Roles & Responsibilities

Join our dynamic Creative & Content team at Singapore Sports Hub As a Motion Graphics Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience creating exciting video and animation content for large LED screens across a variety of events, from concerts to sporting spectacles. The intern will work closely with our experienced Motion Graphics team, gaining practical skills in content creation, technical execution, and project workflow for large-scale LED displays and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Motion Graphics team in designing, animating, and editing video content and motion graphics for various events (sporting, concerts, community events) and non-event days.
  • Support the creation of internal and external facing LED content, ensuring optimal resolution and format for different screens.
  • Contribute to concept development and storyboarding for motion graphics projects.
  • Assist with asset management, including organizing and archiving digital files.
  • Learn and apply industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and potentially 3D software) in a professional workflow.
  • Participate in content reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Provide general support to the Creative & Content team as needed.

Upon completion of the internship, the intern will have:

  • Developed practical experience in creating motion graphics for large-scale live event environments.
  • Gained exposure to the full content production pipeline, from conceptualization to final delivery.
  • Enhanced proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics and video editing software.
  • Understood the unique challenges and requirements of producing content for various LED formats.
  • Improved teamwork and communication skills within a professional creative setting.
  • Built a portfolio of work for a renowned national landmark.

5. Requirements:

  • Strong foundational knowledge of animation principles and motion graphics techniques.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D)
  • A keen eye for design, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and animation projects (school projects are welcome).
