Roles & Responsibilities:

· In charge of running the overall operation for the care of students

· Check and guide the students on the completion of school homework

· Establish and maintain good relations with students and parents

· Handle enquiries and provide regular feedback to parents

· Need to motivate students in delivering good results on core subjects

· Able to counsel students with behavioral and disciplinary issues

· Evaluate and improve the management and guidance of student

· Need to provide monthly reports on operation issues for Management

· Carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of students

· Ensure meal time is adhere to schedule for the students

· Accompany student for medical consultation

Requirements:

· University graduate / Diploma in Business

· Candidate needs to have work experience related to education
