Roles & Responsibilities

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Chinese Language Specialist to join our reputable tuition center in Hougang Central. This role is ideal for an expert in Chinese language education who is passionate about fostering students' linguistic and cultural appreciation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with MOE's Chinese Language syllabus
    • Teaching Excellence: Deliver structured and interactive lessons for primary and secondary students
      • Educational Innovation: Develop digital learning materials, including PowerPoint presentations and multimedia resources
        • Student Development: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor lessons to individual learning needs
          • Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents to support students' learning journeys
            • Team Collaboration: Mentor junior educators and contribute to the continuous improvement of the teaching team
            Job requirements: -
            • At least 2 years of teaching experience Chinese Language in Singapore primary or secondary education in Singapore
            • At least 5 years of working experience in the Education field
            • Minimum bachelor's degree in Chinese Language Education
            • In-depth knowledge of Singapore Ministry Of Education's Chinese Language curriculum and pedagogy
            • Strong ability to develop educational materials and multimedia teaching resources
            • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, with English proficiency as an advantage
            • Proven track record in curriculum design, student engagement, and classroom management
            • Work independently or with minimum supervision and as part of a team
            • Display good work ethic and friendly and cheerful disposition
            • Maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality
            • Maintain the strictest levels of hygiene
            • Pursue professional development for the continual improvement of education
            • Open to new ideas and learnings
            • Able to work weekend Saturday & Sunday
