Job Description:

Senior Supply Chain Manager/ Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company's objectives and client requirements across various sectors, including semiconductor, automotive, healthcare, and aerospace.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align supply chain activities with business goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in supply chain management within contract manufacturing, OEM, EMS, or precision engineering industries, with exposure to semiconductor, automotive, healthcare, or aerospace sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Regional Experience: Experience managing supply chain operations across the APAC region; global exposure is an advantage.
