Family Office Business Development Manager

Huahai Consult Pte Ltd is a leading wealth solutions platform providing bespoke services in Trust, Insurance, cross-border financial planning, and Family Governance to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions in China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, helping them achieve their financial goals and preserve their legacy. With a pioneering approach and a strong presence in Asia, we are expanding our Singapore team to drive growth across Southeast Asia. We focus on asset allocation and legacy planning, immigration and study abroad services, health and retirement solutions.

 Position Title: Family Office Business Development Manager

 Working Location: International Plaza

 Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) (Flexible)

 Salary Package: $3000 + Commission

 Duration: Permanent

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Singapore. The manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored family office solutions. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, creating and presenting financial strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive services to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential, to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
  • Must obtain certification in insurance or a General Insurance Education Certificate
  • Must have good understanding of insurance products
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Expertise in wealth management, financial planning, and asset allocation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
