Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

1. Handle Calibration service

  • Portable/Fixed gas detector annual calibration
  • Pressure & temperature calibrator calibration
  • UTI calibration
  • ACB, VCB, boiler level gauge, AUS unloading calibration…
  • Cargo pump separator transmitter calibration OWS, ODME calibration
  • Hydraulic Service
  • Crane annual inspection /maintenance/repair and load test
  • Hatch cover service(Macgregor, TTS)
  • Hydraulic Motor /Hydraulic pump/hydraulic v/v block/autuator O/H
  • Windlass/Mooring winch brake test and repairing
  • Rescue boat engine service
  • Blast water treatment system service
  • Plate heat exchanger maintenance and overhauling
  • Boiler repairing and retubing
  • Noise and vibration measurement
  • M/E & A/E Service
  • Engine overhaul
  • Remote control system/Pneumatic control system service

    (Kongsberg, Nabtesco)
  • Governor overhaul
  • Oil mist Detector system overhaul

2. Electric & Automation Service

  • MSB/ESB/ACB service
  • Fire detection & alarm system
  • Fire detection & alarm system(Tyco, Consillium, Autronica etc )
  • Water mist system
  • Level gauge/draft gauge system service
  • Valve remote control system
  • Boiler/Incinerator automation service
  • 15 PPM calibration with certificate
  • Telephone system
  • MGPS & ICCP

Job Requirements:

- Minimum diploma in electronic/electrical engineering or relevant.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in vessel main engine automation systems or related field.

- Proficiency in relevant engineering principles, hands-on experience with equipment or systems, and good knowledge of electrical systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Highly motivated for worldwide support activities (travelling is required)

- Work as a team player, Self-motivated and independent

- Class 3 driving license
