Roles & Responsibilities

HR Support:

· Maintain accurate attendance records of foreign workers

· Manage foreign workers required administration such renewals and applications

· Assisting in dormitory requirements and renewals

· Facilitate on and off-boarding processes

Finance & Admin Support:

· Scanning and filing of accounts documents

· Data entry for AP & AR

· Preparation and issuance of purchase orders and tax invoices

· Maintaining of company assets such as vehicles, equipment and inventory.

· Maintaining all company related insurances

Project Support:

· Assist project team with day to day administrative tasks, includes maintaining project records and contracts etc.

· Processing of purchase orders, invoices and payments

· Update project related schedules

· Maintain orderly documentation of all project matters.

Office & General Administration:

· Handle day to day office task, such as managing office supplies, ensure cleanliness etc

· Coordinate meetings, events and activities
