The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring the timely and accurate movement, storage, and organization of inventory. This role requires a hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing inventory in the correct locations within the warehouse.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all products are accounted for and properly packed.
  • Stock Movement: Use pallet jacks, or other equipment to move stock around the warehouse safely.
  • Receiving Shipments: Unload incoming shipments and verify items against packing lists and purchase orders.
  • Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
  • Stock Replenishment: Assist in maintaining stock levels and ensuring shelves are properly stocked and organized.
  • Inventory Audits: Assist with periodic stock counts and inventory checks.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Documentation: Accurately maintain records of inventory movement, shipping logs, and other warehouse-related documents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and management to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, etc.) preferred.
  • Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills for inventory counting and order fulfillment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
