Job Description
  • Act as the technical escalation point for complex field issues across East Asia, supporting in-country service teams with advanced troubleshooting.
  • Provide on-site technical support and commissioning when needed - helping to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Coach and upskill local field service engineers in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Collaborate with factory engineering teams to build a high-performing field services workforce.
  • Work with our supply chain teams to set up a robust spare parts support model that meets regional warranty and service needs.
  • Support countries in managing spare parts inventory (min/max levels, regional hubs).
  • Drive excellence in field operations and enhance the technical reputation across the region.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field service or technical support for power distribution systems, especially LV/MV switchgear.
  • Hands-on knowledge of installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communicator and team collaborator - able to lead, mentor, and influence across borders.
