Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain BIM content and production documents to support the delivery of BIM-assisted projects.
  • Create accurate and detailed 3D models for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems.
  • Produce BIM model deliverables for design development, documentation, coordination, and fabrication purposes.
  • Generate BIM documentation and shop drawings directly from 3D models, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Interpret engineering and construction drawings, incorporating updates from Consultant RFIs to reflect accurate design intent.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for timely production of shop drawings.
  • Create and manage 2D families as required by project needs.
  • Ensure all BIM models and deliverables meet professional standards in terms of quality, diligence, and delivery timelines.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling, particularly for mixed-use developments, hospitals, or hotel projects.
  • Proficiency in modeling piping, sprinkler systems, and chilled water pipe layouts.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes and workflows.
  • Familiarity with industry standards for M&E services and construction documentation.
