Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Drive sales growth by executing visual merchandising, promoting TCM products, managing territories, and supporting retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Merchandising 视觉陈列

    Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards across medical halls, retail stores, roadshows, atriums, booth pop-ups, department store counters, and events to ensure optimal product visibility and brand presence.

    在药材店、零售店、路演、商场中庭、临时展位、百货公司柜台及各类活动中执行并维护视觉陈列标准,以确保产品最佳展示效果和品牌形象。
  • Sales Development 销售拓展

    Generate sales leads and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. Maintain and expand existing customer accounts while proactively seeking new business opportunities.

    开发销售线索,识别交叉销售和追加销售机会以推动收入增长。维护并拓展现有客户账户,同时积极寻找新的业务机会。
  • Product Promotion 产品推广

    Promote and sell assigned Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products and supplements to medical halls and retail outlets.

  • Territory Management 区域管理

    Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Customer Engagement 客户互动

    Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing product inquiries, offering tailored recommendations, and resolving issues promptly. Actively support customers on the retail floor, providing product knowledge and driving sales performance.

  • Team Coordination 团队协调

    Liaise effectively with sales promoters to resolve operational matters and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

  • Relationship Building 关系建设

    Foster strong relationships with outlet teams to enhance brand awareness and encourage business growth.

  • Inventory Oversight 库存管理

    Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate inventory in retail stores. Coordinate timely replenishment to maintain product availability.

  • Reporting & Analysis 报告与分析

    Provide regular sales performance reports, stock level updates, and merchandising insights. Highlight display conditions, challenges, and emerging opportunities.

  • Ad Hoc Support 临时支援

    Assist with additional sales and marketing initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

  • Education: GCE "N" Level Certificate or equivalent

    学历:GCE "N" 水准证书或同等学历
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Retail Sales Merchandiser

    具有至少5年零售销售陈列员经验
  • At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following sectors: General Trade (e.g., Mini Marts, Provision Shops), Traditional Trade (e.g., Medical Halls) or Modern Trade (e.g., Supermarkets, Convenience Stores)
