About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

Analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance and business insights.

Partner with business units to support financial planning, scenario analysis, and ad hoc projects.

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes, including variance analysis and commentary.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the FP&A function.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.

2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to team success.
