Job Description:

This is a full-time role for a Junior Architect. This position plays a key role in assisting Senior Architects and Directors throughout all project stages—from design to completion—including project coordination, contract management, and handling of project tenders. The role may also involve independently managing smaller-scale projects.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with consultants on design, technical, and code compliance matters; supporting the preparation of concept designs and construction drawings; and ensuring alignment with planning and building regulations. The Junior Architect will maintain ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders, assist in coordination efforts, take meeting minutes, and oversee the flow of information to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Degree in relevant Architectural studies
  • At least 3 years relevant Architectural working experiences
  • Ability to plan and implement building projects such as industrial development and related facilities
  • Capable of liaising with the clients, other consultants and basic knowledge in authorities, project execution, coordination, and on-site matters
  • Assist onsite Inspection during construction to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all design documents
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and PowerPoint will be an added advantage
