Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Photography & Admin Co-ordinator to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. This position involves supporting our photographers on outdoor school photography projects, ensuring that each session runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include coordinating photography schedules, assisting on location, and managing administrative tasks related to each session. Responsibilities:
• Assist the photographer in outdoor Schools photography projects on location
• Communicate and liaise with the different School in-charge on photography related matters
• Co-ordinate with photographers on the weekly schedules and provide administrative support before and after photo-shoots.
• Attend to general enquiries from teachers, parents and students.
• Work closely and to ensure smooth process with the photography crew and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Requirements:
• Minimum 'N' levels
• Able to work early morning daily and to start immediately
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft EXCEL
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
