We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the company's building manangement.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of renovation projects that ensure all aspects of project execution are organized, timely, and aligned with budget and quality expectations. The incumbent plays a critical part in coordinating site activities, engaging vendors and contractors, and managing timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth renovation from design to handover.

1. Project Planning & Setup

1. Assist in developing project scopes, timelines, and schedules for building interior design and renovation projects.

2. Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and procurement plans.

3. Coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors, and vendors during pre-construction phases.

2. Site Coordination & Execution

1. Monitor and track on-site activities to ensure compliance with plans, approved design, and safety regulations.

2. Schedule and coordinate daily site activities and inspections.

3. Manage subcontractor schedules and track deliverables.

4. Ensure that materials, permits, and resources are available when needed.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Communication

1. Assist with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.

2. Support updates and assist in organizing project meetings, and walkthroughs.

3. Document meeting notes and follow up on action items.

4. Documentation & Reporting

1. Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, purchase orders, request for information records, variation orders, and progress reports.

2. Track and report project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

3. Prepare regular progress reports for reporting manager, internal and external stakeholders.

5. Quality & Compliance

1. Ensure M&E installation, waterproofing, and renovation activities meet regulatory compliance with local building codes, workplace safety standards, relevant industry specifications and quality requirements.

2. Report non-conformances and support corrective actions.

3. Support handover documentation and defect list resolution.

Key Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

· Prior 5-8 years of experience coordinating building renovation or fit-out projects.

· Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to interiors and industrial building.

· Knowledge of basic CAD or drawing review.

· Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal management skills.

· Familiar with Singapore's BCA, SCDF, WSH Acts, MOM, and safety standards is a must.

· Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
