Job Summary

We are hiring Full-Time Beauty Advisors to represent a premium local skincare brand at Guardian. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about skincare and enjoy engaging with customers. You will be responsible for introducing the brand's products, understanding customer needs, and helping drive sales through personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations based on their beauty & skincare needs

· Demonstrate and promote beauty products, including skincare, cosmetics to drive sales

· Achieve monthly sales targets by offering excellent customer service and personalized beauty solutions

· Maintain and replenish stock levels, ensuring products are displaced attractively in accordance with brand guidelines

· Educate customers on the latest beauty trends and skincare routines, building lasting relationships to encourage repeat business

· Assist with in-store events, product launches, and promotions

· Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements:

· Prior experience in beauty retail, skincare, or cosmetics is preferred

· Friendly, confident, and sales-driven personality

· 5 days per week including weekends (9 hours per shift including 1 hour lunch break)
