We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as a typist and admin clerk. Our firm is situated at Tanjong Pagar.
Requirements:
1. Perform accurate and efficient typing and data entry tasks.
2. Prepare and format documents, reports and presentation materials.
3. Manage scheduling, correspondence and various administrative tasks.
4. Maintain organized filing systems both physical and electronic.
5. Able to work independently.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. At least 1 year work experience in a related role.
8. Retirees welcome.
Only Singaporean and permanent resident to apply.
Remuneration will commensurate with relevant experience, qualifications and skills.
