Roles & Responsibilities
  • Location: Island wide Malls
  • Luxury Retail Brand
  • 4.5 working days per week

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Service to Customers: Handle customer feedbacks, in the most appropriate manner, with operational guidelines. Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.
  • Perform Sales Transactions: Handle payment and sales transactions. Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stock Inventory and Visual Merchandise: Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
  • Administration: Assist in stock inventory management and simple procurement

Requirements:

  • Possess friendly, approachable and engaging personality
  • Must be willing to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
  • Open to candidates from Fast / Sports Fashion and Watches Brands
  • With relevant experience could be considered for Senior Sales Advisor role
