As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for optimising and enhancing our clients' digital marketing campaigns to drive maximum performance and achieve their business goals.

The Performance Marketing Analyst will experience an exponential learning curve if you can thrive in a fast-growing environment. You will be exposed to strategic consulting, digital marketing ecosystem and data science tools, and a diverse team from different countries and cultures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing strategies and campaigns across various digital channels like Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Performance Max and Email.
- Analyse campaign data and track performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation techniques to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and development teams, to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
- Generate reports with actionable insights and present recommendations to clients.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly communicate campaign progress to internal teams and clients.
- Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Requires 1-3 years of working experience in Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads (campaign setup, launch, and optimisation)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency with analytics/reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
- Passion for digital marketing and an eagerness to stay on top of emerging trends.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a genuine drive to make an impact.
