About Us:

Smartpaw is revolutionizing pet care with smart technology. We're looking for an Event, Partnership, and Engagement Specialist to amplify our brand through strategic event participation, influencer collaborations, and dynamic social media engagement.

Job Summary:

You will be the architect of our brand's community and partnership initiatives, managing our presence at events, influencer relations, and crafting our social media narrative. You will also play a key role in creating engaging video content to support our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination:
  • Plan, execute, and assess the impact of Smartpaw's participation in pet events, including trade shows, conferences, and community gatherings.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships:
  • Identify, collaborate with, and manage relationships with influencers and affiliates to grow our brand reach and engagement.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including negotiating contracts, providing product samples, and tracking results.
  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Oversee our social media presence across various platforms, developing and implementing engagement strategies to build a strong online community.
  • Create and curate engaging social media content, including text, images, and video.
  • Video Production:
  • Design and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, website, and events.
  • This includes conceptualizing video ideas, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Content Creation Support:
  • Collaborate with internal and external content creators to develop event-specific and promotional materials.
  • Design Coordination:
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand identity and messaging.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience: At least 1 year experience in event planning, influencer marketing, or social media management will be great
  • Skillsets : This role requires demonstrated expertise in both design and videography.
  • A passion for pets: A genuine love for animals and an understanding of the pet industry.
  • Creativity and initiative: The ability to think outside the box and come up with new and innovative ideas.
  • Team player: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
