Sirna Football is a performance-driven coaching academy specialising in highly-personalised training programmes that accelerate technical mastery, tactical intelligence, and physical robustness. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead 1-to-1 and small-group sessions (8–12 players) at CharisTurf, Kickoff Kovan, and Decathlon venues.
  • Track individual player metrics and deliver monthly performance reports to parents/clients.
  • Ensure rigorous safety standards; manage injury-prevention warm-ups and cooldowns.
  • uphold discipline, professionalism, and Sirna's "excellence through effort" culture.
  • Support holiday camps and occasional marketing activations (e.g., Instagram reels, open clinics).
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven track record coaching ages 8 – 18 and/or adult competitive teams.
  • Strong verbal communication and session-management skills.
  • Ability to work weekday late afternoons/evenings and weekend mornings.
  • Current Standard First Aid + AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
  • Singaporean/PR or valid work pass eligibility.
Desirable Extras
  • Strength & conditioning or sports-science background.
  • Social-media savvy for on-pitch content capture.
  • Degree/Diploma in Sports Science, PE, or related field.
