Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform polishing of watch cases and bracelets to achieve high-quality, brand-consistent finishes.
  • Assess and diagnose luxury watches to determine required repairs and servicing needs.
  • Execute technical interventions such as full servicing, maintenance, part replacements, and other related procedures.
  • Ensure the quality and precision of all completed repairs and services.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks in line with technical specifications and brand standards.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow technicians to fulfill polishing and maintenance requests.
  • Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation; report recurring technical issues for continuous improvement.
  • Consistently deliver professional repair and maintenance services, upholding the highest standards of service excellence for luxury timepieces.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or a Certificate of Competency in watch repair or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of practical experience in watch repair, servicing, and maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on craftsmanship and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
