Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
  • Familiar with building plans submission procedures and approvals
  • With valid class 3 license will be an advantage

Job Scope:

  • Able to manage projects independently
  • Oversee project operations and liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers on project matters
  • Ensure that project works are completed with respect to the scheduled dates
  • Cost and quality control of projects
  • Ensure that construction teams and sub-contractors adopt all necessary measures and comply with safety, environmental and other relevant legislation and requirements in the contract
