Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

Join a vibrant and client-focused aesthetic clinic as an Aesthetic Sales Consultant. You will engage with clients to understand their concerns, clearly explain treatment options, and recommend suitable packages.

This role is sales-driven, so strong consultation skills and the confidence to close sales are essential to help clients achieve their best results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans
  • Clearly explain treatment procedures, benefits, and post-treatment care
  • Support doctors during aesthetic procedures and prepare patients for treatments.
  • Manage bookings, billing, and client follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience
  • Handle client enquiries with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ensure smooth clinic operations, cleanliness, and presentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in consultative sales within a medical aesthetic clinic
  • Proven ability to close sales and build long-term client relationships
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to serve our Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Service-oriented, professional and well-groomed
  • Able to work clinic hours, including weekends
