Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Management Intern to join our team. This role involves assisting with client relationship management, monthly content calendar development, and supporting campaign strategies to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organised, and passionate about delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Support and Communication: Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
  2. Content Calendar Development: Help develop and organise monthly content calendars in line with client objectives. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative and content assets.
  3. Campaign Strategy Assistance: Provide support in the development of quarterly strategies and campaign planning. Conduct research and gather insights to align campaigns with client goals.
  4. Project Coordination: Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule. Coordinate between teams to facilitate smooth execution of campaigns.
  5. Reporting and Analytics: Help compile campaign performance reports and gather data insights for client presentations. Monitor campaign progress and assist in identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
