ADSC Education, established in 2016, is an Education and IT development company dedicated to delivering quality education to children. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Centre Principal to lead operations, guide educators, and shape enriching learning experiences for young learners.

Job Responsibilities
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily operations of the childcare centre to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
  • Maintain healthy enrolment rates and manage budget planning and expenditures
  • Ensure compliance with ECDA, licensing, and health & safety regulations
Leadership & Staff Management
  • Lead and support a team of educators and non-teaching staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and promote staff development and morale
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with management and external partners
Curriculum Oversight
  • Review lesson plans, teaching aids, and children's portfolios
  • Guide educators in curriculum planning and pedagogical standards
  • Organise and participate in school activities to enhance child development
Stakeholder Communication
  • Build rapport with parents and caregivers to foster open communication and trust
  • Collaborate with government bodies, business partners, and the community
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership (DPL)
  • Certification: ECDA-certified L2 teacher (ECC / ICO preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in curriculum and pedagogy with a genuine passion for early childhood education
Experience:
  • 5+ years teaching experience
  • Prior supervisory/managerial role in a childcare centre (including infant care) with be added advantage
