About the Role

As a Mold Fitter at Cyrus Technology (S) Pte Ltd, you will play a critical and hands-on role within the Mould Fitting department, responsible for assembling, servicing, and ensuring optimal performance of injection molds—central to our ultra-precision and complex molding operations. You'll help uphold the high standards that define Cyrus's leadership in micro-scale and specialized polymer tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fit and install new molds: Mount and set up molds from start to finish on production machines—ensuring precise alignment and readying them for injection molding.

- Maintain and service existing molds: Diagnose and repair older molds to extend their usability and performance.

- Perform steel dimensional checks and troubleshooting: Utilize measurement tools to verify mold dimensions and pinpoint issues affecting mold function.

- Plan and manage workflow: Organize tasks according to schedule to meet KPIs, ensuring efficient mold changeovers and production continuity.

- Collaborate effectively: Communicate clearly with team members and other departments, while maintaining a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Minimum 'N' Level certificate.

Experience: 3–5 years in mold fitting or closely related roles.

Technical Abilities:

- Competent in reading and interpreting 2D engineering drawings.

- Experience in milling and grinding operations is a strong advantage.
