Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring for ICT Security Operations Analyst to provide operational support for our security & network infrastructure. You will handle incident response, log analysis, firewall/proxy management, VPN support, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure hardening. Requires strong knowledge of network topologies, security protocols, and hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, F5, Infoblox, Checkpoint, and related tools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform real-time analysis and trending of security log data from various devices and systems.
  • Maintain data sources feeding the log monitoring system, develop and maintain detection and alerting rules.
  • Respond to user-reported incidents, assessing severity and type of security events.
  • Execute initial triage to rule out false positives and escalate genuine threats.
  • Identify recurring security issues, develop mitigation plans, and recommend process improvements.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and VPN environments.
  • Administer and optimize routers, firewalls, IPS, proxies, and load balancers for peak performance.
  • Manage network security IT assets (firewalls, routers, switches, DNS/DHCP servers, and related devices).
  • Oversee firewall flows, proxy configurations, remote access, and IP/VPN setups.
  • Complete mandatory training and maintain professional certifications,

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of IT systems management experience with at least 2 years in financial institutions; OR
  • Minimum 3 years as a Cybersecurity Support Engineer.
  • Solid understanding of network topologies (LAN, WAN, MAN, VPN) and security concepts (encryption, certificates, Kerberos).
  • Experience in security monitoring, log analysis, and incident triage.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management and remediation processes.
  • Cisco: ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, DNAC, ISE, iOS, NXOS
  • Arista: Switches, EOS
  • Fortinet: Firewall, IPS
  • F5: LTM, ASM, APM, TMOS
  • Infoblox: DNS, DHCP
  • Skyhigh: Proxy
  • Ivanti: Remote access
  • Checkpoint: Firewall, MDS
  • Trend Micro: IPS/IDS
