Job Description:

AES Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Construction Site Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Bengali and English, with a focus on excellent personal interactions, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and according to project specifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the construction team, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate and schedule on-site personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards and regulations on the construction site to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in managing site logistics, including deliveries, equipment placement, and material handling.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, progress logs, and incident records.
  • Address any on-site issues, including resolving conflicts, delays, or resource shortages.
  • Foster positive relationships with workers, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and team collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Ability to speak Bengali and English fluently, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in construction site coordination or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and safety protocols is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the construction industry or in a similar coordination role.
  • A background in project management or construction management is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.
