Work Location : ORP / Raffles, Singapore

NTT DATA Singapore is hiring a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to support critical banking technology and operations transformation initiatives for our client, a leading regional bank.

This is a 12-month contract role, based onsite at the Raffles (ORP) office, offering end-to-end responsibility across business analysis, solutioning, stakeholder management, and delivery planning.

The role provides a strategic opportunity to lead initiatives spanning project scoping, high-level solution design, and change implementation—working closely with cross-functional technology, operations, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder & Demand Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor for business teams on technology/ops enablement
  • Support prioritization of initiatives, project pipeline planning, and QR submissions
2. High-Level Solutioning
  • Define and align feasible solutions with enterprise architecture and tech strategy
  • Ensure end-to-end analysis across systems and processes
  • Drive implementation readiness and solution walkthroughs
3. Project Delivery & Change Management
  • Lead business requirement analysis and collaborate with technical teams
  • Review test strategies and support UAT and deployment planning
  • Identify risks and propose mitigations across delivery stages
4. Production & BAU Support
  • Manage communication during major production incidents
  • Lead root cause analysis and track incident trends for stability improvement
5. Continuous Improvement & ROI Tracking
  • Build sustainable measurement frameworks to align resources with high-ROI projects
  • Recommend process or system improvements based on gap analysis
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis or project delivery within the banking domain
  • Strong knowledge of technology and operational processes in banks
  • Proven expertise in project management fundamentals
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, process design, problem-solving
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (macros, dashboards), data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
Must-Have Skills:
  • Project Management in Banking Domain
  • End-to-end business analysis and solutioning
  • Change implementation and stakeholder communication
