Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is an IT and engineering MNC that specialises in providing innovative digital and security solutions to their esteemed clients. They are well-known for their dedication of quality delivery standards with engineers globally supporting projects. They have an international presence in over 100 countries and are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and improve network infrastructure
  • Install, configure, and support network devices (routers, switches, load balancers)
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to resolution
  • Perform regular maintenance and firmware patching on network devices
  • Manage change requests and ensure compliance with SLAs and policies
  • Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and subcontractors for network-related tasks
  • Support implementation projects and collaborate with other technical teams
  • Prepare network reports and contribute to monthly SLA documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in network engineering within operations environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking concepts and systems
  • Experience with Cisco ACI and cloud environments is a plus
  • ITIL certification is an advantage
  • CCNA or CCNP certification required
  • Strong understanding of network and system design
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and documentation skills
  • Ability to meet demanding SLAs and respond quickly to service issues
