Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Tampines

  • Plan menu
  • Marketing – responsible to do the daily marketing within the budget.
  • Prepare ingredients and cook for lunch.
  • Experience cooking for a large group of at least 70 people and able to cook various lunch menu for clients with disability.
  • Diligent and compassionate to cook
  • Washing daily used towels, utensils and cookery.
  • Responsible to dry and keep all towels, utensils and cookery in proper places.
  • Wash the sink inside the kitchen, the kitchen floor and cleans the stove and kitchen cabinets.
  • Wash and tidy the refrigerators in and outside the kitchen once a week.
  • Wash the kitchen area and store daily. Clear the rubbish in the kitchen and the canteen area.
  • Sort and pack any food donation in the kitchen store or refrigerators.
  • To be deployed to another centre when required.
  • Any relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
