Job Summary:

Develops technical drawings and statutory documentation. Coordinates documentation across disciplines within a digital delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare detailed design and technical drawings aligned with project requirements.


• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to integrate documentation.


• Prepare statutory documents and drawings according to regulatory requirements.


• Identify and resolve clashes and technical issues.


• Prepare, revise, update drawings and documentation across project milestones and regulatory requirements.

Key Competencies:


• Strong technical knowledge of detailing and documentation.


• Ability to interpret and coordinate multidisciplinary drawings and BIM models.


• Familiarity with relevant regulations and statutory submission requirements.


• Organised, proactive, and able to contribute to technical resolution within a team environment.

Requirements & Attributes:


• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Architecture/Building Construction


• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in architectural draughtsmanship and technical coordination;


• Proficient with the latest versions of AutoCAD, project information databases and specification writing;


• Experience in BIM and Revit will be an advantage;


• Construction drawings skills;


• Familiar with Singapore standards and e-submissions;


• Familiar with Singapore statutory requirements;


• Self motivated, organized and enthusiastic.
