Roles & Responsibilities

We're hiring a hands-on Technical Specialist to join a high-performing team for a start up project under aerospace division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to production, ensuring optimal product performance and quality.
  • Manage product definition and evolution, working closely with IPT (Integrated Product Team).
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement quality improvement activities (8D, FTQP).
  • Coordinate new product introductions and support customer return investigations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and maintain key KPIs (R1, FPY).
  • Collaborate with Design Authority and cross-functional teams across departments.
  • As the selected candidate will be working under the maincon under our contract all reports must be submitted directly to the main contractor.
  • General knowledge of usage of hand tools and precision measuring instruments is a requirement.
  • Expected to perform receiving inspection, disassembly, cleaning, parts inspection, assembly and test of aircraft
  • Will be trained in handling aircraft for Pneumatic Valve / Electrical starter / Wire Harnesses
  • Ensures that work carried out meets to the required quality as stated in the respective manual.
  • Initiate & implement continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.
  • Troubleshooting engine parts
  • Repairing Overhaul engine components
  • Installation of engine parts
  • Other duties as assigned
