Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Technical Engineering Section (TES) to optimize plant equipment performance through effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Shutdown Maintenance (SDM) activities.
  • Manage closing of work requests and support equipment modifications.
  • Plan and schedule SDM activities to ensure seamless plant operations.
  • Oversee workplace safety and health initiatives within TES.
  • Lead efforts to reduce and timely close equipment-related Exceptional Case Reports (ECR).
  • Ensure full compliance with company Management System (MS) controls, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage section budgets, manpower planning, and annual work plans.
  • Develop and train team members to sustain high competency and performance levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing industry experience with team management exposure.
  • Degree in Automation, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ISO certification processes.
  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge of chemical plant operations and ESH (Environment, Safety & Health) regulations.
