Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a technology solutions provider specializing in electronics manufacturing and precision assembly. Below position is open urgently.

  • Warehouse Assistant
  • Basic: S$2,000 - S$2,500
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  • Working Place: North-East region

Summary:

  • Complete the management of goods in, out of the warehouse, storage, etc., establish an effective ledger, ensure the safety and effectiveness of inventory materials, and achieve the goal of inventory management.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the quality inspection of incoming and outgoing goods, commodity stacking, etc.
  • Check the receipt voucher of the goods, count the incoming goods, and handle the handover procedures with the delivery man.
  • Arrange the storage location of the goods, register the custody account and the location number.
  • Adjust and control the inventory quantity according to the sales situation and timely distribute the goods.
  • Fill in and submit various commodity documents, regularly inventory commodities, and submit inventory reports.
  • Implement the safety management of the warehouse.
  • Responsible for the management of packaging auxiliary materials to ensure that the accounts are consistent.
  • Complete the packaging of materials and finished products, notify sales personnel of packaging information, obtain shipping information in a timely manner, and complete shipping tasks.

Requirement:

  • ITE Graduate or GCE 'O' Level with 2 years in a manufacturing experience or equivalent
  • Preference with experience in warehouse management of electronic or RF products
  • Willing to support overtime if needed
