Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities and duties:
  • To conduct, interact and engage students with the programme's material through stimulating and fun STEM activities.
  • Maintain a conducive learning environment in class by demonstrating good class management.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to the student
  • Ensure students' safety and cleanliness in the classroom at all times.
  • Forge parents' engagement with the priority set on children's skills and behaviour development.
  • Simple administrative duty.
  • Explaining concepts in an engaging manner.
  • Must be able to work on weekends

Skill and Qualification

  • Must love working with children and have a passion for guidance
  • Experience in teaching/coaching especially with children - an advantage
  • Familiar with software programming tools for children, such as WEDO, Scratch, Spike Prime, Spike Essential, EV3 and so on
  • Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Keen to learn with a positive attitude, determined and patience
  • At least 6 months commitment
  • Prior experience with coaching/participating in competitions such as First Lego League(FLL), National Robotics Competition(NRC) etc a plus
