Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead technological innovation and algorithm refinement for the advertising bidding system, leveraging user behavior analytics to improve ad revenue outcomes.
  • Oversee advertiser-side campaign optimization within an auction-based advertising system; identify industry best practices and develop features tailored to diverse advertiser needs.
  • Design advanced bidding algorithm models and drive the development of productized solutions aimed at long-term deep conversion goals.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of media scenarios, traffic indicators, and user profiles; continually refine audience models and bidding strategies to enhance acquisition efficiency.
  • Optimize the full monetization process (including retrieval, ranking, and auction systems) to improve commercial product monetization performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in algorithm design and implementation for large-scale recommendation systems. Strong collaboration, communication, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
  • Candidates with experience in developing search, recommendation, or ad retrieval systems will have an added advantage.
  • Strong foundation in large-scale data mining, machine learning, NLP, and distributed computing technologies. At least 4 years of relevant experience is preferred, although candidates with less experience but strong technical capabilities will also be considered.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C++ or Python, with a solid grasp of data structures and algorithm principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
