Roles & Responsibilities

Specific Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY

· Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms particularly OutSystems;

· Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;

· Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency;

· Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements;

· Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and support materials;

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

· Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.

· 4+ years of experience in application development, with a focus on low code/no code platforms

· Familiar with Software development lifecycle

· Experience working in agile teams – TDD, Pair programming, Scrum, Continuous Integration

· Proven experience in developing and deploying applications with minimal coding;

· Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL);

· Familiarity with APIs and integrations with other enterprise systems;

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

· Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions;

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

· Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines;

· Relevant certifications in low code / no code platforms.

· Exposure to mobile application development will be an added advantage.

· Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup and managing Low-code product and features, including but not limited to rules engine, workflow, processes logics, data validations screen flows and page layouts with Outsystems.

Skill Level that will be considered:

· at least 4 years but less than 7 years of experience relevant to the Job Role: capped at 10,900 SGD per month all inclusive (e.g. Annual and Medical Leave, Medical insurance, Phone allowance, CPF)

· < 4 years of experience relevant to the Job Role: capped at 9,800 SGD per month all inclusive (e.g. Annual and Medical Leave, Medical insurance, Phone allowance, CPF)

Location will primarily be in Buona Vista
