Roles & Responsibilities

Resident Engineer (Electrical)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the site supervision team on all the Electrical l and Building Construction works.
  • Assist Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on all Electrical site inspection issues, contract-related matters, and support the identification of defects and supervise rectification works.
  • Address and respond to all Contractor's RFI's and technical submittals. Other work scopes include but are not limited to assessing method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinating with other discipline engineers, and liaising with the design team/QP from HQ.
  • Attend all site/project-related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and lead in technical and work progress discussions.

Requirements:

  • Good graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably recognized by the PE Board, Singapore.
  • About 10 years of experience in supervising electrical works in the construction of infrastructure project,s preferably in water/ or used water treatment works.
  • A person with good communication and leadership skills.

Contract Period: 5 Years
