Key responsibilities:

  • Consult Like a Beauty Insider Understand client needs, recommend the best treatments, and create that "wow" moment every time.
  • Draft out beauty journey Help customers understand their various conditions, and map out their beauty journey so as to achieve retention (maintenance) rate and to help client achieve the ultimate glow up
  • Build repo with clients and ultimately gain referrals. Our clients are your child, treat them right and they will introduce their friends to you and compliment that you are such a wonderful parent
  • Hit Sales Goals & Own Your Success Build relationships, close deals, and celebrate your wins with uncapped commissions.
  • Stay Ahead of Beauty Trends Be the go-to expert on skincare, aesthetics, and confidence-boosting solutions.
