Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance and engineering activities related to electrical facilities within manufacturing plants to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate and execute major field maintenance tasks, prioritizing worker safety and facility integrity.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure maintenance work is completed on time with minimal disruption to plant operations.
  • Conduct engineering studies and implement modifications to electrical systems in line with technical specifications and business needs.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for Electrical Supervisors to improve their technical skills and overall competency.
  • Implement and maintain management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506 standards.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) is a plus
  • Entry level are welcome to apply
