About Homeground Gym & Pilates (HGGP) Clementi

Hey, Jon here I'm the Manager of HGGP Clementi, and I want you to join me ASAP in being the pioneers of this beautiful gym + pilates studio as a PART-TIME/FREELANCE PILATES INSTRUCTOR (at our pilates studio)...WITH AN OPTION to become full-time when demand calls for it.

HGGP is a newly-branded fitness gym (est. 2021), and we have a club in 352 CLEMENTI AVE. 2. It's the first HGG with Pilates classes. HGGP Clementi is a club that expects high standards from each team member. That said, I'll always ensure that the working environment is friendly and healthy so we can succeed together for a very long time.

I foresee that we'll work very closely to help each other achieve our common goals, so I'll be incredibly honest in this job ad. I hope you can do the same by only applying if you think you're suitable.

P.S. I'll focus on getting clients for you at my place, and you focus on being a great instructor to them

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Conduct Mat (max. 4 pax.) OR Reformer (max. 4 pax.) OR Tower/Reformer (max. 4 pax.) Pilates group classes, OR 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 private classes with precision and creativity.
  • Provide clear instructions, modifications, and adjustments for clients of varying skill levels.
  • Bring your enthusiasm & passion for Pilates and positively impact our members
  • Again, I focus on getting clients for you, and you focus on enjoying being an instructor to them :)
Working Hours & Arrangements

EACH time slot has a mat class and a reformer class. You can choose to take just mat or reformer classes. If you want both, even better

We're looking to fill these 1-hr classes: Weekday mornings AND/OR weekday evenings AND/OR weekend mornings.

Might be fewer at the start, and more in the future.

You don't need to fill every class. Just let me know what you need, and we can discuss further :)

Remuneration & Benefits

$50/session for group & private classes. Feel free to discuss with me.
