PARALEGAL & LEGAL EXECUTIVE

Roles & Responsibilities

To provide legal and administrative support to the Company. It requires him/her to take and execute instructions from the Company's professionals on various matters which may include research, completion of standard forms, the electronic filing of legal documents, land registry and business registry searches, patents, trademarks, awards and preparation of correspondence.

Requirements

The job therefore requires problem-solving and legal analysis of routinely encountered circumstances and familiarity with established legal procedures, formats and systems. The role also requires the exercise of judgment to develop new guidelines or to adapt existing ones to address non-routine work problems.

· Must have LLB or law diploma.

· Must have good command of written and spoken English.

· Good work attitude with initiative and good interpersonal skills.

· Proficient with MS Office applications.

· Appreciate legal system and professional responsibilities.
